King Arthur's Court (MacArthur Park)

When the Saxons went forth to break through
We were one step ahead and yet followed paths of chance
Amidst the dark of ages
We had walked in truth's most highest regard
And we were blessed by the lands

King Arthur's Court was built in days of yore
All the folk were praising new dreams found
Someone stormed the gate and brought it down
I don't know if I can take it, fortune was what would create it
And we'll never have the secret key again, oh no!

I recall the quest to find the sword
Kneeling by the stone, on the ground upon your knees
You'd tell of Camelot
Of the lands and of Merlin's magic
Beyond the scope of the trees

King Arthur's Court was built in days of yore
All the folk were praising new dreams found
Someone stormed the gate and brought it down
I don't know if I can take it, for faith was what could have braced it
And we'll never have that secret key again, oh no!

From the past echoes a knight's song, and I will sing too
Stirring a memory for me, from the age I knew
I don't believe that you have passed on
Away from the world since the legend's still spoke of, my friend
And calling from the lake was a voice
Calling from the lake was a voice that foretold it all

I still remember amber chambers, looking out away
What our hands held was time's fleeting sands, to return someday
You've been true to the Round Table so long
That no other spell can break through its renown
Oh and calling from the lake was a voice and,
Falling from the sky was a light, a majestic call
The legend lives to this day

King Arthur's Court was built in days of yore
All the folk were praising new dreams found
Someone stormed the gate and brought it down
I don't think that I could build it, for such a power had willed it
And the kingdom shone from a distance so bright, behold!

Captain Picard (Beatrice)

You're there thinking alone
In the dark quietly unheard
Small, dim lights cast the mood
I'll not disturb nor say a word

As I turn for the corridor,
You call to me to stay
Then you smile and we begin to
Pass the night away

You tell me so fondly about
The things that you have seen
Your eyes shine of the stars
In a way, I believe

You can easily find orbit
That brings light round to us
And all at once warp speed takes us
Firing engines thrust

Captain Picard
Captain Picard
Engage once again
Take the crew into heights
Above a bright solar rim
Captain Picard
Captain Picard
Conduit beam and stealth
At last I know these skies
And how it would overwhelm
Now onward and a courageous
Android at the helm

When moments find you troubled
And everything seems unsure
Your voice conveys it subtle
And we'll share inspired word

When I boarded, I was so afraid
Didn't know anyone at all
Withdrawn et prend garde
You'd ease my fear behind my wall

I was just waiting alone
By the coldly silent doors
But now I feel different
Like an Argonaut of yours

Captain Picard...

Such a wonder,
Captain Picard
Captain Picard
Engage once again
Take the crew into heights
Above a bright solar rim
Captain Picard
Captain Picard
Conduit beam and stealth
Enterprise, paradise
We're sure to find our realm
Now onward with the courageous
Android at the helm!

An Echo In Dreams (Heart Hotels)

Closed off are all the windows in this old reside
And rooms filled with antique pride
And the walls have stood quiet
And the halls have turned dim
And there is nobody living inside
Nobody living inside.

Waving of all the shutters from the distance in mind
Strolling on while wind whispers through the chimes
And retreat to the chambers that were left behind
In hopes there still may be dreams left to find
Still may be dreams left to find.

Seek four dimensions in shadows and lairs
Let your light cling to the room with empty chairs
And the voices you hear at the top of the stairs
Are only echoes of unanswered prayers
Echoes of unanswered prayers.

Closed off are all the windows...

Ghosts walk like gliding movements in moon's dim light
And they seek something inside
Could be just a memory
Something that used to be
Places that are only recalled in dreams
Are only recalled from dreams (an echo in dreams)

A ghost walks like the wind through bric-a-brac rooms
In a peripheral tomb (echoes from a distant gloom)
Yet everything's in place
Surrounded in the haze
Feeling you're just visiting long ago
Fearing to let the dream go

Vanuatu (Dum Dum Diddle)

I can hear how the waves
Rush upon shore
Playing night and day, wo-whoa

And it sounds like a dream
That we once knew
When we knew the way, wo-whoa

And we're free, stormy sea
Coming now and again
Violet on horizon

Vanuatu, the island of green
It's just like a dream
In the sun's bright beam
Vanuatu, the island so warm
A soft glow surrounds me
After the storm

You'll be fine
And the sun comes out all of the time
Wishing on Vanuatu
The stars always shine

Once there was faraway
Ships sailing on
Past a lonely kai, wo-whoa

Long years pass, there's no count
To my recall
I've spent all my time, wo-whoa

Of the sea, sing for me
And beyond Poseidon
Moonrise on the horizon

Vanuatu...

Seems Like Old Times (The High And The Mighty)

Was it the songs or sunlight
Existing bright
Recalling dreams that once came true?
Was it something so well known
That it seems like old times again?

Back again
These roads that we traveled
Conjured by a break in time
And taken back to yesteryear

Time returns
But it's a time that passed
Yet here we are in its sphere
And taken back to then

So it was songs and sunlight
Soothing the sight
Recalling dreams that once came true
And a fond memory so well known
That it seems like old times again

And it seems like old times again

Never Have (Dolanne's Melody)

No, we'll never have money
And we'll never have mansions
But we have each other warm
Wandering in a storm

And we'll never have treasure
Or dreams we cannot measure
But we'll hear the fleeting song
Beyond that, fading long

Like the law of the letter
We'll never have the better
Endless journey on long roads
No clear fair way one holds

And we'll never see free land
And we'll never see sweet land
But there's dreamlike scenery
Summer's green beckons me

So just like in a rare dream
We can be what we want to be
And gold is the color of road
And sun burns out the cold

And just like in those rare dreams
We'll wish with tears it seems
That we'll live in other realms
That the wind guides our sails

No, we'll never have money...
