Captain Picard (Beatrice)

You're there thinking alone
In the dark quietly unheard
Small, dim lights cast the mood
I'll not disturb nor say a word

As I turn for the corridor,
You call to me to stay
Then you smile and we begin to
Pass the night away

You tell me so fondly about
The things that you have seen
Your eyes shine of the stars
In a way, I believe

You can easily find orbit
That brings light round to us
And all at once warp speed takes us
Firing engines thrust

Captain Picard
Captain Picard
Engage once again
Take the crew into heights
Above a bright solar rim
Captain Picard
Captain Picard
Conduit beam and stealth
At last I know these skies
And how it would overwhelm
Now onward and a courageous
Android at the helm

When moments find you troubled
And everything seems unsure
Your voice conveys it subtle
And we'll share inspired word

When I boarded, I was so afraid
Didn't know anyone at all
Withdrawn et prend garde
You'd ease my fear behind my wall

I was just waiting alone
By the coldly silent doors
But now I feel different
Like an Argonaut of yours

Captain Picard...

Such a wonder,
Captain Picard
Captain Picard
Engage once again
Take the crew into heights
Above a bright solar rim
Captain Picard
Captain Picard
Conduit beam and stealth
Enterprise, paradise
We're sure to find our realm
Now onward with the courageous
Android at the helm!
